Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before booking a service. By booking with Maroga's Mobile Detailing, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

1. Water & Electricity Usage

We are a mobile service but not fully self-contained. Access to your water and electricity supply is required at the time of service. Without these, we may not be able to carry out the valeting.

2. Vehicle Access & Preparation

Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

All personal belongings and valuables must be removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for any items left inside.

3. Liability

We take great care in every service, but we cannot accept responsibility for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

  • Damage due to poor or deteriorated paintwork, loose trims, or delicate surfaces.

  • Loss or damage of items left in the vehicle.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to understand and accept these Terms & Conditions before booking. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
